Shipping Information

Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days- for these occasions require additional processing time) to process and ship your order.

All packages needing Express Shipping (Next Day Air Early AM, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Second Day Air AM, Second Day Air) can be calculated at the time of checkout.


Next Day Air Early AM, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Second Day Air AM, Second Day Air orders MUST be placed Monday-Friday by 12:00 pm EST to be processed and shipped same day.

Otherwise, shipping will be standard via UPS Ground or USPS. Orders shipping to PO Boxes will be shipped using USPS (tracking number by request).


Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

All orders that the subtotal is $150 before taxes and shipping fees qualify for free shipping to all 50 states! Simply add your favorites to your cart & when you hit $150 or more, we will ship it for free! All orders shipping ground or standard shipping, ship for a flat rate of $8.50 (this excludes international and express packages)

Returns & Exchanges

Online Return Policy:

Customers may return any unused, unworn item with tags attached. Items must be returned and postmarked within 21 days of receipt. Returns must include the original invoice and the customer will receive an online credit. No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued unless there is a mistake on our behalf. Only store credit or exchanges. ALL clearance items are Final Sale and are not returnable for any reason.


Return Process:

To return items, please ensure your return is within our return policy and meets ALL return requirements. Expect the return process to take 5-7 business days from the time you ship the product. After verifying this, please package the item either in its original package, or packaged so that it will not be damaged in transit, as Peach Threads Boutique does not assume responsibility for damaged items during shipment.

We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the returned condition. Please consider purchasing tracking or delivery confirmation, as Peach Threads Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned to Peach Threads Boutique. We do not refund shipping fees unless it is an error on our behalf. After the return is accepted, the customer will receive notification via email of their Peach Threads Boutique store credit amount. If you believe you have received defected or incorrect merchandise, you must contact Customer Service within 7 days of the package's original delivery. If an order needs to be canceled for any reason, the customer is subject to a 10% restocking fee.



Exchanges must be made within 21 days of delivery.

We do not hold items for exchanges.

When we receive your return back to our facility if the item you want to exchange is no longer available, you will receive online credit for the return.

Since many of our items sell out quickly, the best way to ensure you receive the item you want is to place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items marked as "Final Sale"

Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.

Shoes without the original box
